To The Professional Woman.

YOU DESERVE TO FEEL YOUR BEST.

YOU DESERVE TO LOOK YOUR BEST.

You’re allowed to chase personal goals alongside professional goals too!

Permission slip granted. One of my biggest pet peeves is watching incredible women take such great care of their practices, their clients, their businesses, their families, their pets & everything else around them – and watching them lose themselves, their health, & their personal goals in the process. We put ourselves off “until later,” because we just didn’t have time today, and it’s “just one more day.” We are “expected” to put ourselves last. Says who?

The truth is, we carry on like this and suddenly look up 5 years later from having our head down and doing the work – only to spiral into panic wondering “how on earth are 5 years just gone?! What have I been doing?!” OR we have that massive wakeup call in the form of a health scare that takes us to the hospital or gives us some undesirable, or life threatening, diagnosis. THEN we take action to create change to turn the bus around and decide we better shape up and take better care of ourselves.  But why do we do this? Why do we WANT to wait until it’s nearly too late to turn the ship around?

YOU DESERVE BETTER.

The truth is – you made promises to yourself when you were younger. You made good on many of those promises, but due to societal expectations and trying to do what is needed to get ahead in your career – you started taking better care of your career and other things, than taking care of your own self. You want better for yourself, and I know you promised yourself to give yourself the healthiest, longest life you could, full of all your childhood dreams and desires.  You want to be physically able to do all the things you want to do for as long as possible. You want to play with your grandkids without having to take a break. You want to take that dream hike to the Grand Canyon. You want to travel internationally. You WANT to be able to get in and out of the shower BY YOURSELF when you’re 80. Goals. (Truly).

The truth is, all of this is tied together. It’s all connected. The better you feel, the better you perform. The better your body feels, the better it performs. The better you feel, the more radiant you are, and the better you show up in the spaces around you.  You smile more, you’re more joyful, you’re more focused, you have this unstoppable ability to handle anything that comes at you instead of feeling overwhelmed and on the verge of burnt out & disappearing to a foreign country unannounced just to give yourself some long overdue space. The better you invest in yourself and your health now, the better quality of life you get to live in your older years. IT STARTS NOW. And I know you don’t want to wake up in retirement wishing you would have taken better care of yourself in your working years.

As “impossible” as it may seem to navigate the “grind,” I want to reassure you that it does NOT have to be hard. It does NOT have to be overwhelming. It does NOT have to feel like you’re giving up anything. In fact… you will be giving yourself MORE of the very things you ACTUALLY want and desire in your everyday life: To feel better. To have more energy. To feel less stressed.

THIS IS HOW I CAN HELP YOU.

We need to learn how to “balance,” but not in the sense that you are thinking. Many of us don’t have worlds that are linear. One veterinarian and mother of 5 children said it to me best – “I don’t like the word balance. It sounds like a circus act balancing on a set of balls that will never stabilize – and that just sounds exhausting.” I couldn’t agree more.

The goal is to feel better, in better control, and not exhausted. The SBA Foundations Framework, and the key to the logo of the Strong. Beautiful. Athlete. Brand, is about building solid foundations that balance energy and strengths, and implementing systems that help us take BETTER CARE OF OURSELVES while we are also killing it at work and in everyday life. It’s SIMPLIFYING our lives to get MORE out of it. It’s gaining CLARITY on what we want for OURSELVES in our ONE life.

Simply. One thing. SBA Foundations. This is the way.

I can’t wait to support you not only in your fat loss journey, because it’s so much more than that. I can’t wait to help you feel better and stronger in your body & teach you how to fuel for every day performance. I am equipped to help you chase down a specific fat loss, body re-composition, or muscle gain goal, but more importantly I want to teach you the nutrition basics to fuel for performance for everyday life and optimal performance of your one and only body.  Beyond that, I want to help you utilize a framework and gain clarity on the goals most important to you for your one and only life so you can experience a healthful, fulfilling life – and show you how to do this while navigating your demanding, and rewarding, career.

Join me in the SBA Performance Mentorship or for VIP 1:1 Coaching. I am so excited to help you reclaim your health & your time & help you perform even BETTER.
