As a competitive athlete who was frustrated about losing time to focus on personal health, wellness, & performance goals in the midst of a high pressure corporate career, my journey back to reclaiming my time & goals inspired me to do something bigger. A coach I was fortunate to have reminded us that no matter how we feel on a day to day basis, we are strong, we are beautiful, we are athletes. This mantra stuck with me through the highs and the lows. It stuck with me when I smashed goals, and on days I felt less than optimal. It’s a mantra I felt called to share on a bigger scale.

Strong. Beautiful. Athlete. is an empowerment brand born from the desire to encourage others on their journey toward growing into their best selves, while remembering that they are already strong, already beautiful, and they already have the mental and physical abilities of an athlete to dig deep and accomplish things they may have never done before. If you have a body, you are an athlete. You got this.
